ID Technology has several exciting roles in the Fort Worth, TX location. We are seeking a Production Assistant. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.

Are you intrigued about this work?

• Stack labels according to specifications with precision and accuracy.
• Operate shrink-wrapping machinery to package labels securely.
• Box labeled products efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Work with CSM equipment to handle high-volume sheeted work effectively.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding quality control and production processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Show eagerness and aptitude for cross-training on additional machinery such as the rewinder and die-cutters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the production team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and machinery.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies at all times.
