- Learn and consistently perform all assembly operations within established quality, safety, and production standards.
- Rotate through assigned workstations and perform multiple operations as needed to meet production requirements.
- Assist with related production activities, including cleanup, seat teardown, minor rework, and basic equipment maintenance and adjustments.
- Identify, control, and report non-conforming materials and production issues to support efficient operations.
- Recommends, and participates in continuous improvement activities to increase production performance, quality, safety, etc.
- Works in a manner that promotes teamwork among fellow associates.
- Displays a positive attitude towards safety, works safely, and follows all the Company’s safety policies and procedures.

Shifts:
A Crew – Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm or end of production
B Crew – Tuesday - Friday 6:00pm to 4:30am or end of production
C Crew – Friday & Saturday 6:00am to 4:30pm or end of production
Rate of Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift Differential: B Crew - $1.00/hour and C Crew - $1.50/hour
