Job Overview
Under guidance, responsible for creating and maintaining the IQVIA database and data process.
Essential Functions
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines. Ensures all maintenance performed conforms to rules and protocols.
• Support data processing, transformation, and data warehouse activities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines.
• Visually monitors data for any trends in the monthly and quarterly client information.
• Maintains documentation of quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver reliable data solutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field with two (2) years work related experience required
• Proficient in SQL, ETL tools, Python.
• Have a good understanding of databases, RDBMS, ETL/ELT processes, data management, and data modeling.
• Experience with various programming language such as Java, C/C++, PHP is preferred
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for building charts and report templates is a plus
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or tools such as Airflow, Spark, Docker, or dbt is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to identify / eliminate repetitive problems and standardize the processes by using existing research tools and/ or help in developing new tools.
