Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Production Admin to work at one of our locations. As Production Admin you will be responsible to:
- Process Order confirmations
- Issue process orders and Z-FILs
- Create labels
- Perform Cycle counts
- Order acceptance
- Review and update COOISPI
- Manage inventory within the PSAs
- Communicate with customers and customer service representatives
- Internal purchasing activities
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Have 6 months to a year of administrative work in production
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be proficient in computer
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:
- Some SAP or S/4HANA experience
- Knowledge of production processes
- Previous experience in the ink industry
