Job DescriptionThis role offers a starting range of $21 to $32 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Administrator to support manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient flow of information, materials, and orders throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and confirm customer and production orders.
- Create and release process orders and Z-FILs in SAP.
- Generate and maintain product labels and production documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Review and accept customer orders while coordinating production requirements.
- Monitor and update COOISPI to track order status and production schedules.
- Manage inventory transactions and material movement within Production Storage Areas (PSAs).
- Communicate with customers, Customer Service Representatives, and internal departments regarding order status and inventory needs.
- Support internal purchasing activities, including material requisitions and purchase requests.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Have 6 months to a year of administrative work in production
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be proficient in computer
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:
- Experience with SAP or S4 HANA in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in production planning, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing administration preferred.
