Job Description J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, with client assets of $2.8 trillion, is a global leader in investment and wealth management. Its clients include institutions, high-net-worth individuals and retail investors in every major market throughout the world. The division offers investment management across all major asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset and money market funds. The Digital Lending Solutions team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless digital experience across the entire life cycle for clients and advisors, as well as developing & launching new lending products to meet Wealth Management client needs. As digital product managers, we build the strategic vision and execute with our partners to create digital offerings that drive 360-degree client engagement, revenue growth, and market share.
Overview
As an Associate of Digital Product Management, this role is responsible for supporting Digital Self Service & Expansion - Strategy, Adoption and Advisor Tools. As we continue to build features and tools for scale, this role will drive and optimize the digital client and advisor experience for both US Wealth Management and JP Morgan Private Bank. The candidate will engage with key stakeholders across business, product, engineering and marketing teams to develop, prioritize and define and execute the product roadmap to meet business objectives. Measuring client behavior, client and advisor feedback, and financial performance is an essential part of the role to continually improve and evolve the offering.
The candidate must be client-focused, passionate and experienced with creating and building engaging and intuitive financial products and features. Experience with leading agile teams, collaborating with design, research, technology, legal and compliance teams and driving decision-making across cross-functional groups is preferred.

This role reports to the Head of Digital Lending, Wealth Management.
Responsibilities

  • Design & prioritize new features and client experience enhancements, informed by data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and business goals
  • Partner with research teams, and investment and banking advisors to understand client needs
  • Build consensus among stakeholders and partner with engineers and designers to deliver high quality experiences
  • Provide clear vision and direction by collaborating with teams and providing requisite documents; including use journeys, product requirements, and high-level wire frames to support UX design, tech development, and operations support
  • Present product updates, including performance metrics, delivery status, and roadmap updates
  • Collaborate with other product owners and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years experience building and launching digital products in the financial services industry
  • Must understand and be a keen follower of financial industry trends like digital transformation and Fintech
  • Track record of working in cross functional teams in an Agile development environment
  • Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
  • Able to effectively manage competing priorities, manage tight delivery timelines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Able to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in Wealth Management and/or a Lending business
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence and JIRA


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing digital lending and money movement products
  • Technical knowledge
