RECUR is a technology company that designs & develops dedicated branded experiences that allow fans to buy, collect, and re-sell digital products and collectibles (NFTs). RECUR is the only blockchain-agnostic NFT platform ultimately giving its brand partners the widest range of distribution and their fan bases the widest range of utility. RECUR also co-authored the recurring royalty standard for NFTs, allowing for creators, artists, athletes, and brands to participate in the secondary sales of their assets in perpetuity.

We are searching for an experienced product leader who can help drive this rocket ship as we look to create the world’s most advanced NFT platform! We are building a platform that empowers everyone from large corporations with some of the most influential brands in the world, to individual creators looking to make a splash in the exciting web3 industry. • Lead our Product team including Product Designers, Product Owners, and Product Marketers
• Design the organization, determine where the gaps are, what hires are needed, and ultimately scale our product teams
• Define what success is, set goals, and build a system where we can measure our product’s and team’s performance and continuously improve
• Partner with the CTO, your Product Owners, and the VP of Engineering to define the product strategy
• Create a strong partnership between product and engineering so that the teams execute as one and in full alignment
• Build, motivate, and coach the team while helping to get them to the next level
• Help design the methods and practices we use here at RECUR to innovate and deliver product that is of high utility and quality
• Be a champion for our users, drive empathy for them into our culture and throughout the organization
• Understand the needs of our users as well as other stakeholders.  Your team is charged with not only defining the product roadmap for our consumer facing features you will also be charged with defining the features for our internal products as well.  Including back office tools, business analytics and intelligence, product/accounting integrations, etc.
• Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders
• Help define and own our product lifecycle from concept to launch

• 15+ Years of experience designing and building products
• 10+ Years of experience leading teams with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring
• Experience managing managers
• Proven track record of continuous career growth progression
• Strong track record of building and motivating high performing teams.  You know how to hire great people and to motivate them to be the best they can be.
• Strong background in product design and product management especially with sophisticated B2C products in fintech, eCommerce, or gaming
• Knowledge and interest in crypto and NFTs in particular
• You are data driven and know how to get the data that you and your team need in order to make sound product decisions including state of the art of data analytics, business intelligence, data science, and just plain SQL
