As part of Consumer Lending in the US Consumer Digital team, you will lead digital product management for one or more of Citi's Digital Lending Products. If you are passionate about developing inspiring product visions derived from identifying business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends that drive innovative and differentiated product strategy, then this is the opportunity for you. You will work with teams across Citi to define and evolve the digital customer experiences, work collaboratively to create a cohesive product strategy, and work across the teams to ensure that products are integrated together to provide an amazing and delightful experience for the customer. You will work with engineering partners to create and decompose business requirements and customer experiences into platform level features and functions that drive the platform product roadmap in order to meet the defined vision. Additionally, you will identify and measure Business, Product and platform metrics to meet financial goals, reduce execution friction, continuously evolve product experiences and customer adoption, and understand the business' ongoing needs. You are a partner to the Business, the voice of the customer and hold end to end accountability for the delivery of features and services into market.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap in partnership with the Line of Business, marketing and tech teams
  • Own the customer experience and partner with design and research teams to deliver best-in-class UX
  • Identify technology innovations to create platform products, components of competitive analysis that inform decisions for platform product portfolio and roadmap
  • Define requirements for portal functionalities using Cloud technology and Micro services, adhering to object-oriented methodologies; and prepare platform product documentation and monitor feature development
  • Break down customer needs into quality user stories that engineering teams can effortlessly consume. Maintain a healthy pipeline of groomed features for the engineering teams
  • Operate as a Product Owner in an Agile environment by providing directions to one or more scrum teams and own project delivery
  • Review product demos and perform gap analysis, and participate in work stream specific use cases and business process development through mapping and gapping
  • Partner with other journey teams to contextually embed lending journeys within other journeys and drive Sales
  • Closely track product performance, funnel drop-offs, customer feedback, NPS and use that data to prioritize high-impact features
  • Use data as a tool to champion for seamless customer experience when dealing with control partners
  • Collaborate and review the product features with various partners such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, Fraud policy and Information security in order to ensure that Citi standards are followed

  • Number and $ volume of loans booked from digital channels, Revenue
  • NPS



JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology and Engineering; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Technically savvy, Obsessed with customers and passionate about providing best-in-class experiences
  • Good understanding of the US Lending space
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed environment; Comfort working in White Space
  • 8+ years of digital product experience (Agile) required
