The Role:

  • Help shape the success of the company and an industry by defining, delivering and influencing Veyo’s product portfolio, features and customer experiences.
  • Evangelize product vision, business benefits and technical requirements to relevant stakeholders including business, operations, marketing and engineering leadership teams.
  • Drive the development of amazing products from ideation, use case development, requirements gathering and definition to creating innovative intuitive user experiences with measurable end-user value.
  • Collaborate with various groups across the organization including marketing, operations, business development and engineering to understand needs, innovate and plan for future iterations of existing products as well as brand new development.
  • Own all product outcomes, including on time quality release of product features, usability and performance metrics.
  • Channel your passion to drive great experiences for our customers as well as for our internal support tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in product management driving solutions from conception through launch ideally in the healthcare space.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as project management, engineering, UX, sales, customer support, finance or marketing.
  • Proven experience and deep understanding of Agile and scrum software development processes, familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana.
  • Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Ability to travel as needed to key meetings and support launches.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.

Our ideal candidates will have some of the following:

  • Experience in the healthcare space, specifically with large payer systems, understanding of SDoH, etc.
  • Understanding of healthcare financials, EDI processes, Medical Billing Systems, Claims Processing and Healthcare eligibility processes is a plus
  • A background in project management and/or requirements analysis is a plus
  • A/B / multivariate testing, funnel analysis, proven ability to use decision frameworks to drive product features.
  • Experience working in data driven environments and understanding of data normalization, object architecture, and big data analytics.
  • Natural ability to make things happen around you.
