The Role:

• Experienced with driving technical requirements for enterprise / large scale platform.
• Capable of collaborating with Group Product Managers and their teams to extract platform requirements from the product requirements.
• Understands technologies such as Cloud Computing, API Gateway, Microservices, SQL/No-SQL databases, Data Warehouse, etc. at conceptual level.
• Ability to produce convincing stories and pitches to gain buy-in from business leaders and strategic partners
• Capable of building platform roadmaps using an analytical approach such as NPV and COD
• Think big picture to re-look at decisions that no longer make sense or double down on the ones that do

• Empower product team to build mental health products at scale, effectively and efficiently, by driving platform technical requirements.
• Align platform roadmap with the product roadmap to ensure that the platform team is building the right capabilities that will help scale the product development.

• Own the delivery of OKRs, define KPIs and their drivers, while meeting SLAs
