RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage cross-functional team of design and support engineers for multiple semiconductor products
- Manage/Own the maintenance of products in production
- Test implementations that affect yield, quality etc.
- Test time reductions/test removal
- BOM changes
- Change management execution
- Provide updates to management on programs, including weekly/monthly reports, various metrics, budget/spending, product cost targets, etc.
- Manage assigned production released products to ensure supply, provide supply chain flexibility, ensure product quality and lower cost
- Qualify new and/or alternate supplies of material and/or supply
- Resolve customer complaints of parametric and/or quality failures
- Evaluate and implement product cost initiatives
- Tier 1 customer part qualification packages
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years of working experience in an engineering field, prefer Electrical/Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace, but others considered
- 3-5 years of project management working experience
- PMP (Program Management Professional) is preferred and NOT required
