Sr. Product Manager
Are you a passionate innovator looking to harness the power of technology to do more good? You've come to the right place. At Bonterra, our purpose is to power those who power social impact. To that end, we serve the people who make social good possible-the doers behind the scenes across nonprofits, public agencies, corporations, philanthropic organizations, and foundations.
As the second-largest and fastest-growing social good software company in the world, Bonterra brings together leading solutions from CyberGrants, EveryAction, Network for Good, Social Solutions, and their respective entities. By bringing our intuitive technology and expertise together, Bonterra will enable unprecedented connectivity between social good organizations and their community of supporters and constituents. This will reshape philanthropic giving, empower digital transformation, and bring the social good sector the technology it needs to accelerate lasting social change.
At Bonterra, our Product Managers combine a passion for discovery efforts, a desire to constantly engage with clients, leadership skills to drive change for our clients, quantitative skills to measure impact, and presentation skills to evangelize their visions. We progress beyond a myopic focus on "what to do today" towards "what we need to build for tomorrow." The impact of our work empowers non-profit and public-sector organizations whose goals are to help those who need it most, and our products must live up to those lofty ideals every day.
About the role
This Sr. Product Manager role will be responsible for growing the Reporting and business intelligence capabilities across our Case Management Platform, on which social-good organizations build and refine their service delivery models and outreach programs. Our social-good organization ("SGOs") clients must be able to easily and accurately build critical reports that fit their organization's needs, across multiple sites and programs, and joining data from critical features, like attendance and referrals, to ensure their teams are setup to succeed. Understanding our SGO clients' delivery models, tools, and processes to best design the future of how our software can empower those processes will be critical to our success, and you will be leading the charge.
