Sr. Product Manager - Member Growth & Retention

Who we are
The Growth & Acquisition Product Management team is at the leading edge of testing/optimization and revenue growth for a legacy brand going through a digital transformation. This team sets the scope of our cross-functional growth strategy by owning all acquisition funnels, eComm, account management and organic growth/viral acquisition.
What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth via WW's existing member base. You'll own and execute a strategy for leveraging WW's millions of members to organically acquire new members. You'll also own and execute a strategy for retaining members who are likely to cancel while also providing them with a seamless account management experience.

Understands the digital health/weight-loss space and resonates with WW's core user
Has experience leveraging digital communities and content to drive organic acquisition
Has a background in digital subscription management experiences
Understands how data science modeling can be used to target members who are likely to churn and provide alternate options to retain them
Excels in a culture of "test and optimize" at your core and a deep understanding of testing methodologies
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary - $140,000/yr to $175,000/yr”
