Sr. Product Manager - Marketplace at Moov Technologies (Phoenix, AZ)

Moov’s vision is to accelerate global manufacturing, R&D, and technological progress by fundamentally improving the supply chain, making it possible and easy to buy and sell pre-owned equipment from any fabrication center in the world. Starting with the semiconductor industry, this vision is carried out by our online marketplace - where buyers and sellers from across the world can transact with confidence and security.
We have significantly invested in our product and development teams this year, and are looking to expand our Marketplace product team. You will join the group focused on all elements of our online marketplace and the user journey. This is high impact, high visibility work that is fundamental to our strategy and success. Areas of focus can include:
- Ideation, prioritization and execution of specific marketplace features - for example, buyer portals, email integrations, home page/ dashboards, and additional industry specific modules
- Mapping out the customer journey on our platform, and building the optimal path based on user archetype (e.g., buyer vs. seller)
- Integrations with back-end systems and databases, design decisions on how to best surface relevant information on the platform
Our approach is one of customer oriented focus and iteration. We will deeply understand customer/market needs, test new ideas quickly and in a structured manner, and scale based on results. You will join a motivated team of product, engineering and design talent and enable us to simultaneously execute on more opportunities faster. You Will- Work with our CTO, Product team, CEO, and others to prioritize and implement new product and feature initiatives
- Develop and execute scope of early stage market and customer research; take those insights to inform our product roadmap
- Have the opportunity to move quickly with a high degree of agency and ownership
- Establishing and track against KPIs rooted in customer and business value, and holding team accountable for execution
- Develop value propositions, wireframes, and PRDs along with our leadership, design, and development teams
- You have 4+ years of product management experience
- You have experience in B2B platforms, Ecommerce, and/or Marketplace products
- Deep user empathy and customer research experience
- Experience leading product initiatives from start to finish - ideation through execution through usage tracking
- Experience building MVPs, and taking data-driven calls on scaling them (or not)
- You have the willingness to learn, low ego, and proactively take ownership
