Summary

The Senior Director, Product Management is a crucial leadership position reporting to the VP of Casino Systems and Payments. The Senior Director, Product Management, will lead a team of four (4) product management professionals and have overall internal and customer facing product management responsibilities for IGT's Global Casino Systems Product Management team. This will include, but not be limited to: collecting market intelligence, crafting product strategy, roadmap planning and budgeting, client advisory board meetings and educating the IGT sales staff on new products. This role serves as a central point for the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and initiatives across IGT globally for Casino Management Systems.

In addition to customers and the sales staff, the Senior Director of Product Management will work with nearly every department at IGT, including R&D, Delivery, Casino Systems Sales, vertical product owners, compliance, and marketing to ensure the success of IGT's products.

Responsibilities

* Lead the day-to-day activities of the Casino Systems Product Management team
* Develop, manage, plan and budget the annual and forward-looking Casino Systems product roadmap
* Report internally to Executives and key stakeholders on the product roadmap, new products and enhancements
* Ensure the product team is creating quality use cases, requirements and associated product supporting documentation
* Create and maintain a strong relationship and communication protocol with peers in the R&D, Delivery and Sales teams
* Manage Product Marketing including leading Client Advisory Board planning, agenda, content and all Product Marketing related activities and responsibilities
* Attend client meetings where required to elicit regular feedback on live products and to support Sales as required
* Create and assist Sales with strategic customer product presentations
* Support regional tradeshows and customer events

Qualifications

* Proven track record of product management responsibility for Operational and User Facing Systems
* Proven track record of growing and managing Global Team members through transparency and communication
* Experience managing roadmaps and product lifecycle for retailer management systems, omnichannel systems
* Ability to work in a matrix environment and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* High level of business maturity to represent the company in customer discussions.
* Excellent written, verbal, and face to face communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
* Advanced experience working effectively with software engineering, product development, support, and implementation teams and ability to interface effectively with market- and customer-facing teams.
* Experience in and able to inspire, manage change, and drive product management function.
* Strong project management, organizational and management skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives with aggressive multi-project schedule.
* Performance driven, detail and results oriented
* Ability to travel to customer and prospect sites, as well as trade shows. * Experience in the Gaming industry a strong plus.
* Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Example: Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
* Travel as required to meet business objectives - approximately 25%

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* 5 - 10+ years in increasingly senior product management leadership roles, driving revenue growth, and delivering market-leading innovative technology products on time and within budget
* Masters/Bachelors' degree or equivalent
