OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The Sr. Business Analyst - Adoption, Product Management Team will work directly with the Sr. Director of Product Strategy to drive Analytic Partners Technology Implementation and Product Roadmap & Vision. This is a role within our Product Management Team but will have a lot of exposure and direct collaboration with our Client Engagement Team. This role will support the execution of the product vision identified by the Leadership team, help facilitate the successful rollout of our technology across the company internally and externally, collect feedback and identify opportunities for enhancements, and collaborate with Product and CET on documentation and trainings needs. A successful candidate will have experience in marketing analytics methodology, an aptitude to quickly pick up new technologies and software, and ability to work cross-functionally to drive adoption in the organization. We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in technology and product deployment, and someone eager to help drive AP's technology focus and vision.
Role and Responsibilities:
You will:

  • Be a key participant in driving AP's product strategy and roadmap to respond to CET and client opportunities, meet CET needs and positively impact outcomes
  • Reinforce communication from Product to CET on latest releases, updates, etc.
  • Generate internal excitement and enthusiasm for AP products
  • Work with internal users to collect and synthesize feedback on our technology and provide recommendations on improvement opportunities or enhancements
  • Directly contribute to the Analytic Partners Global OKRs of driving increased technology engagement
  • Interaction with client engagement team members to help shape product initiatives
  • Help to create process efficiencies through an understanding of opportunities areas: documentation needs, training needs, efficiencies to technology scalability and deployment
  • Lead and organize training, documentation, and processes to drive increased awareness and usage of product capabilities and features internally
  • Inform / train client engagement team and business development on new features and tool capabilities
  • Support training of client power users on GPS-Enterprise tools, including collaboration with other Product Management team members
  • Develop roll-out plans for product enhancement or larger product launches
  • Track internal adoption metrics across GPS-Enterprise tools
  • Collaborate with CET to collect use cases on Insights and Decisioning modules

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (areas of study/related study include: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, and Marketing)
  • 2-5 years of experience with business analytics and relevant fields
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with data visualization and statistical software
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
