What you will do

• Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch across all features within our core product
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users and their needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Operations to develop, guide, and iterate on product roadmaps
• Drive execution by defining metrics for success and developing best practices for testing, launch, risk mitigation, and compliance
• Nurture and grow the Product culture at Firefly

What you will bring

• 3+ years of direct product management experience
• Experience working in start-up environments and launching products from 0 to 1
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on documentation and well-structured PRDs (product requirements documents)
• Strong product instincts - you have a desire to craft product experiences that meet the end user’s needs
• An ability to creative problem solve, ruthlessly prioritize, and continuously iterate
• Experience consistently leveraging data for informed decision-making
• An entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to thrive in ambiguity; complex and fuzzy requirements are more common than clearly defined customer expectations
• A positive spirit that embraces optimism, kindness, feedback, and a desire to learn!
