Social Finance Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager, Money in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Build a vision, strategy and product roadmap. Manage your product backlog. Partner with
design, compliance, legal, operations, and risk to define winning experiences. Work with your
engineering partners to make smart trade-offs between cost and scope. Experiment (a/b testing) and
analyze project performance to iterate into greater and greater success. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science,
Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of
experience in the field of product management or four (4) years of experience in the job offered OR
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration,
Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible
experience in the field of product management or six (6) years of experience in the job offered.
Special Skill Requirements: 4 years of experience in each of the following: (1) Product Management; (2)
Business Analytics (Tableau or Amplitude); (3) SQL; (4) Experimentation Design; (5) Usability testing; (6)
Requirements Analysis; (7) Mobile application product design; (8) Agile methodologies; (9) Engineering
System Design. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
Telecommuting is an option.
