SUMMARY: The SalesForce/nCino Product Analyst is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Owners, Technical Teams, Service Owners and Developers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the design and build solutions using Salesforce and nCino products, using Configuration and Customizations
  • Partner with Senior Leadership, Technical and Business Stakeholders to ensure project goals and business value are addressed
  • Create and maintain the technical documentation from design and implementation at an application and/or solution level
  • Engage frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities
  • Apply Agile principles to translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master and Business Analyst to best manage the product and/or sprint backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
  • Evaluate options and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality for various design decisions
  • Prepare activity and progress reports regarding Salesforce and nCino projects and enhancements
  • Estimate level of effort for stories and/or epics based on business requirements and knowledge of the platform
  • Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers and admins
  • Stay current on Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
  • Demonstrate ability to influence customers and product owners through persuasion and influencing
  • Coach and mentor junior technical team members
  • Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
  • Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
  • Identifies and reports suspicious activity.


EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree required

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Salesforce
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Cino and/or force Financial Services Cloud
  • Experience in the Banking Sector
  • Experience in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud/nCino (Treasury or LoS) preferred
