Grow is focusing heavily on Customer Success (CS) and we're looking for intelligent, driven people who will join us in making a difference for our customers. The CS department is split into three teams: BI Consultants(Customer Success Manager), BI Engineers(Technical Account Manager) , and Product Support. Each team focuses on a different aspect of the customer experience with Grow. We are currently looking to hire within the BI Product Support team.
The BI Product Support position is focused on being a platform expert and the first responder to all existing customer tickets and chats. We pride ourselves on solving difficult customer issues quickly the first time. More advanced questions will be passed to the BI Engineers. You will be exposed to a variety of customer issues and questions across multiple industries, which allows you to build your data and BI skills quickly. You will also validate and log any customer bugs or feature requests. If you love to problem-solve you will love this job!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work in Zendesk to respond to customer product questions via Tickets and Chat
Work in the Grow app to help build and solve customer inquiries
Direct customers to available resources to provide additional training
Validate reported bugs/issues
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
Passion for BI or data structure
Experience using Excel and Excel formulas and functions
Ability to think critically and problem-solve
Attention to detail—you will be working on different types of projects, problems, and requests for different customers at the same time
Drive to make an impact in an up-and-coming company
Flexibility to wear different hats within a startup environment
Previous experience in a customer facing role
SQL knowledge is a plus

Previous experience working in the tech/SaaS industries
Previous data analysis or BI experience
Knowledge of SQL or ability to learn
