About the team
This role will be in the Client Experience team within Capital Markets. The Product Support Director will be responsible for oversight of a top-tier FIS client and focused on oversight of products in the Asset Management and Alternatives group as part of an enhanced service model team providing dedicated support to the client.
What you will be doing
The main responsibilities of the Product Support Director include:
- Serve as the senior primary Point of contact for the client
- FIS oversight/management of efforts defined by Enhanced Service Model dedicated support teams
- Partner with the client to develop a clear understanding of strategic and tactical needs - interface to Senior Management
- Review opportunities to leverage product/solution enhancements
- Coordinate planning, design, implementation and verification of major releases and enhancements
- Connection to FIS Product Management teams and accountable for overall delivery
What you bring
Candidate will possess:
- Financial services background
- Relevant Client Experience background and experience
- Ability to manage a team of professionals and provide leadership
- Strong organization skills, ability to track and report progress to clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
