We are looking for an experienced individual with success working as a business, systems, and or product analyst to work closely with one or more of our client's Agile Software Development teams. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop project documentation that includes requirements, project plans, use cases, system specifications, technical documents, and other test plans• Interface between the development teams and business stakeholders. • Own product stories and answer relevant questions as they arise. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners, keeping all parties well informed on team progress and activities. • Document processes and communicate to upper management and stakeholders on progress.• Prioritize and maintain product backlog.• Maintain relevant metrics for the team to help team track progress.• Responsible for successful product delivery. • Leverage industry experience and domain knowledge to help ensure teams success. • Define and manage objectives and risks for responsible functional area.• Manage cross functional dependencies with inside and outside project teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor team members in Agile methodologies.• Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • 5+ years experience working on a technical team as a business analyst/product analyst.• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology. • Experience with SAFe, SAFe ASM, CSM, PSM I.• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements.• Have baseline knowledge of how software is built to ease conversations with the tech lead and engineers (ex: what are unit tests, what is a dict/list/function, how are JSONs use to pass data from app to app. • Intake disparate business needs, aggregate them into potential product features / strategic directions, and correctly prioritize.• Willing and able to learn new technologies and/or frameworks quickly. • Proven experience understanding and solving complex customer and business problems, through digital-led technology solutions. • Self-starter who work independently, driving initiatives. • Curiosity to learn and adapt to new ways of working and thinking methods. • Strong attention to detail.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Experience in the telecommunications industry. • SAFe Scrum Master Certification • SAFe Product Owner • SAFe Product Manger

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $75K-$135K*
