Position Summary

We are building a stellar team of Product Managers to Partner with engineers and designers to ideate, prioritize and deliver great solutions for our customers and professionals at Moov Technologies. The Product Manager will partner directly with the Director of Software Engineering to bring our services to the forefront of the industry by utilizing our interactive equipment sales and asset management platform, and to leverage data insights as we continually provide the best client experience globally. This position will also collaborate with key leaders to accelerate Moov’s hyper growth status.

Our mission is to create the world’s largest, fastest, and most reliable ecosystem for buying and selling equipment. We operate in the multi-billion dollar semiconductor space, with demand growing exponentially due to the global chip shortage. In late 2021, we raised a large Series A Round of $41M led by Tiger Global. 

You Should Apply If

• You have 3+ years of product management experience building and iterating on B2B platforms, e-commerce, and/or Marketplace products. Web and mobile experience is a plus
• You have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” startup mentality
• You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
• You have a proven ability to drive business results without significant supervision.
• You have the willingness to learn, low ego, and proactively take ownership of responsibilities
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must Have

• Ability to run a small product team within an Agile SCRUM framework
• Ability to define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
• Ability to conduct user research and lightweight tests to scope and prioritize product initiatives
• Goal driven mindset
• Teamwork mentality 
• Ability to wear many hats and be key organizational glue
