OVERVIEW
Atmosphere is currently looking for a highly motivated Product Manager who will help us build incredible digital products in a fast-growing business. Product managers at Atmosphere help drive user acquisition, content discovery and monetization for our streaming network that reaches 48 million viewers monthly. This is a highly visible role with the ability to influence the direction of one of Austin's fastest growing companies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Define product roadmaps and oversee launch of new features
• Gather stakeholder requirements and ensure timely delivery to match business goals
• Work with Design to evolve product and optimize retention and engagement
• Manage metrics, data analysis, and reporting
• Work with customers to gather feedback and incorporate feature requests
• A/B test new features
• Communicate with various groups across the organization including Editorial, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Monetization
• Work in a fast paced and constantly evolving marketplace

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-5 years’ experience as a product manager working directly with engineering teams
• Demonstrated history making data-driven decisions
• Attention to detail in every step of the product process from gathering requirements, to writing documentation, to approving development work
• Keen understanding for what makes great digital experiences
• Experience working in an agile environment

• A/B Testing experience
