THE ROLE:
A Product Manager at Code42 helps drive the roadmap for Incydr products. In this role you will collaborate with marketing, operations, support, UI/UX designers, engineering, business enablement, and external vendors to support the full product lifecycle.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Evaluating and driving product management processes
- Analyzing, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new product features and functions ensuring alignment with business goals
- Defining key business & performance metrics to define success, monitoring them to ensure high quality and strong performance
- Developing and validating prioritized and ranked use cases
- Performing market research, competitive analysis and capturing voice of customer
- Working with UI/UX designers to develop features and functions that will delight customers
- Collaborating with engineering during development cycle to ensure timely and successful delivery of products
- Engaging with sales, support, social, and customers to both evangelize the product and also handle any customer escalations and product feedback
- All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in Computer Science or Business; or relevant work experience;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software, SaaS solutions, and/or cloud-based software
- Experience as product manager in the Agile/Scrum model of product development environment
- Experience with defining product requirements for software products
- Experience with iterative releases of existing products to the market
- Experience with Small Business and e-Commerce
- Strong grasp of user experience and user interface concepts
- Strong communications skills, including ability to communicate across functional teams, manage expectations across stakeholders and present clearly
- Strong analytical background and ability to leverage data to drive informed product decisions
