We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Republic! 

At Republic, we've found ourselves building way too many exciting things — we can’t keep up. We need you to come and drive several key projects.

You will be part of the product team, led by our co-founder and Head of Product. 

You will work collaboratively with business leads and engineers to deliver products that help hundreds of thousands of users achieve their financial goals. 

You’ll interview, ideate, brainstorm, spec, monitor, manage launch plans, over-communicate, talk, listen, listen, listen, and follow the data. And then celebrate. And then repeat.

You’ll need to understand what good design is, how sticky products talk to users, how to create irresistible user experiences, what matters the most in each situation, what trade-offs to take. You’ll need to fully own the things you work on.

What you'll do:

• Define and clarify product specs, describe feature requirements, think through edge cases, to the smallest detail. 
• Work with the design team to turn napkin sketches into UX-UI breakthroughs.
• Work with the engineering and QA teams to turn mockups into things thousands of people enjoy using. 
• Keep business leads happy, juggling their way-too-many requests 
• Warmly empathize with, and cool-headed analyze our customers, and interview them.
• Help ideate and launch Republic’s new products
• Help inform and shape the product roadmap
• Sweat the details while keeping the big picture in mind

Our ideal candidate:

• Strong product management experience at a top tech company 
• Consumer marketplaces, Fintech industry experience is a big plus
• Venture capital experience/understanding preferred
• Experience in the startup world
• At least 3 years in the field
• Fluent English and strong communication skills (but we’ll consider all candidates)
