About p0x labs
p0x labs, a group developing technologies behind projects including Manta Network, delivers privacy for web3 applications and decentralized assets through use of zero-knowledge proofs. The project is built in accordance with first principles, by applying cutting-edge cryptographic constructions such as zkSNARKs to design and deploy protocols with high performance and strong privacy/security guarantees.
Manta Network is supported by leading investors including Polychain and Binance Labs. The founding team has extensive experience in the blockchain space and come from educational institutions including Harvard and MIT, and leading web3 projects such as Algorand. If you are excited about building privacy-preserving solutions using zero-knowledge proofs, building blockchain applications, or learning about Polkadot ecosystems, then we want to hear from you.
About the role:
This role will contribute to Manta Network’s DeFi and NFT products. We are looking for creative, talented, and passionate individuals who are willing to dive deep into the complexity and challenges of blockchain and web3 to help deliver the best experiences to our users. As a Product Manager, you will lead the conceptualization, discovery, design, implementation, and launch of new products, orchestrating your cross-functional team to deliver the best possible outcomes for our users and the company.
Responsibilities:
Drive product development from discovery to concept to launch.
Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products.
Research market trends and competition to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
Shape and develop your product roadmap.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and drive growth.
Requirements:
3+ years of software product management experience.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, and crypto wallets.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
Methodical prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Independently driven, constantly learning, always improving.
Passion for decentralized finance and the Manta mission; interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Team player, inclusive leader, open to feedback, and transparent with intentions.
Nice to have:
Experience with zero-knowledge cryptography.
Experience working with remote teams.
