Job Description:
Position Summary

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep experience in automation and business process transformation. The Ideal candidate will have practical experience in Document Digitization, specifically dealing with data extraction using AI, ML and NLP capability within a large organization. The candidate will work with leadership to help define and oversee the technology roadmap for implementing the strategy around Advanced OCR and Cognitive Data Extraction capability.
  • As an expert, this person will create the vision based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the technology domain. They will need to effectively communicate the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, Product Owners and teams across the bank.
  • Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them.
  • Participates and attends relevant industry events to bring points of view and trends to the Bank.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 7-10 yrs+ in supporting technology projects and programs.
  • Knowledge of Document Digitization, AI, ML and NLP technologies, capabilities, trends and industry vendors.
  • Strategic thinking and planning experience.
  • Create and sell a "Vision". The ability to formalize a process, build an effective presentation and lead effective meetings. Turn ideas into effective business cases.
  • Have strong relationship management skills. Be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Able to influence and motivate resources outside their immediate sphere of influence.
  • Ability to work with external vendors, build partnerships, identify new opportunities, and positively impact contract negotiations.
  • The ability to effect change by partnering with project and development teams.
  • Able to make ambiguous decisions.
  • Demonstrates creative and innovative thinking when solving complex problems across the bank.
