We are looking for a Product Manager to collaborate and build strong relationships with Product, Architects, Engineering, and Experience leads (aka Product Development Team) to drive the delivery of product in adherence to the technical strategy.

This is a matrixed role that reports into the Global Head of Product Management, Solutions and the Product Lead.

  • You will articulate the Product Lead's vision into a cohesive product feature backlog that delivers business value and reflects business and stakeholder priorities
  • Work closely with the Product Lead, Business Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Product Development Team to define and prioritize the backlog for delivery, agreeing the scope of work to be delivered
  • Develop key relationships and collaborate with subject matter experts, technical and business, to draw out detail, dependencies and to identify value
  • Manage dependencies to ensure that delivery is coherent and efficient.
  • Establish success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, and quantifiable outcomes
  • Masterfully apply Agile practices and frameworks along with the support of the Scrum Master
  • Represent industry best practices and market trends to assist dentsu in maintaining a competitive advantage
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders through accountability and trust
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to develop use cases and POCs to test and validate enhancement features
  • Drive adoption of the platform with the support of various internal and external teams



Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Product Management and digital strategy experience
  • Experience with Agile delivery principles that maximize value and streamlines go-to-market timelines with a passion to extend this expertise throughout the organization
  • Experience creating digital product vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions and services - from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality
  • Experience with foundational applications, taxonomy, and workflow concepts.
  • Familiarity with martech and workflow platforms
  • 2 years consulting experience
  • Agency experience preferred



Additional Information:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is ($113,000 -$174,500). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
