Job Description
You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that helps to build and manage one of the most valuable sales and marketing assets. The IT Service Management solution demos highlight the capabilities of the suite of applications in a range of scenarios tailored to specific use cases and business outcomes. This individual should be passionate about creating and executing inspiring demos, have deep knowledge of IT service domain, and a desire to make world of work, work better for people.
What you get to do in this role:
- Work as a technical leader alongside Customer Business Development, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams
- Work with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Executive stakeholders to define demo solutions based on market opportunity, key audience, and targeted business processes
- Work with the Go-to-Market and Outbound Product Management teams to define on demo material showcasing ServiceNow as a visionary in the IT Service space.
- Define and implement conversational flows to solve complex user issues with ease
- Become an expert at developing chatbot conversations with rich content and tailored experience across various channels
- Develop competitive differentiation demo assets to aid sales and partner organizations in establishing the value for IT Service Management.
- Provide thought leadership and define best practices for scaling demo development and execution including automation to increase pre-sales productivity
- Create narrative driven scripts for different types of demos then auto-configure ServiceNow instance to tell those stories.
- Ensure that Pre-Sales teams have pre-built, working live demos showcasing business outcomes and value realization.
- Applied knowledge of ITIL v4
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 8 years of Product Management, Product Development, Consulting or Pre-Sales experience
- Demonstrated success in architecting/building software solutions
- Very strong written and verbal communication skill
- Track record of building Sales demos/POCs’ in IT Service management, IT Operations, and other IT domains
- Passion for building technology and problem-solving
- Experience working in Angular Js , GlideAjax and Sericenow scripting
- Technical proficiency with UI, database, workflow and integration technologies
- Working understanding of the Virtual Agent Designer and Configuration
- Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and experience using workflow/flow designer
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, leadership, cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Expertise with ServiceNow scripting Build PA dashboards and reports as needed
- Deep understanding on applications on various cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
