Overview

This is a remote position with up to 20% travel.

The ARS Customer Experience team is looking for a product manager to strategically execute and manage products from conception to design and into release. Using market analysis and working with a cross-functional team, this position will play a key role in developing innovative products that will improve customer experience, stengthen field team performance, and grow market share.

Responsibilities

• Drive product and business-planning processes among cross-functional teams
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successfully achieved
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Assist Senior Manager, Product Strategy with executive communications, product-based project updates, etc.
• Support Customer Experience leadership with special projects or tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product design or a relevant academic field is required (equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted)
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven experience managing elements of product development lifecycle
• Experience effectively leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong presentation skills
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills
