Turn is a 140+ person, tech startup with an experienced team of entrepreneurs that are focused on driving unprecedented value in the contingent workforce industry. Our worker screening and sourcing platforms are used by companies in 30+ industry verticals ranging from rideshare to delivery to healthcare. We support employers that need to develop last mile labor quickly - that could be 50 workers in Miami or 1k+ workers across multiple cities every month.
Turn creates a centralized, AI-powered platform to help on-demand companies source, screen, and profile contingent workers and provides incentives and benefits to reward engagement and retention metrics across the ecosystem.
About You:
Turn is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Ready app. Specific focus area will be building the iOS and Android app, from scratch. This integral member of the product management team identifies solutions and communicates prioritized requirements that drive the development of the product.
The ideal candidate will have a user-first mindset and focus on what is possible vs. what is standard practice in the industry. They will have excellent product instincts, passion for great app experiences, a data-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the willingness to do what it takes to ensure change happens for what is best for the users.
What You'll Do:
  • Launch new features and work with other teams to execute a product roadmap based on business vision, market trends, user feedback and business analytics, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the app is build with the highest standards in place.
  • Data driven decisions making is key to our business and the product manager is responsible to set up & manage all A/B tests and helps analyzing the results.
  • Drive innovation. Bring new ideas to the product and executes them.
  • Partner with dependent units, as well as delivery, technology, and UX/UI teams to define realistic resource management and scheduling.
  • Work with stakeholders and required teams to ensure clear and scalable requirements are created.
  • Ongoing competitive analysis to ensure that we are providing top- tier products to our online consumers.
  • Create and maintain the user story backlog partnering with other teams.
  • Define and create the user story structure-themes, epics, etc.
  • Create user stories for the product functionality and desired customer experience.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to finalize list of user stories for each sprint.
  • Ensure that Product Sprints run one month in advance of Development Sprint for User Story Creation and Design work.

What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years as a product manager.
  • Product experience with other sourcing & recruitment platforms or has great affinity to it
  • Brings B2C experience and knows how to grow user uptake and retain them
  • Demonstrated business/product analytics experience on an Agile product team.
  • Experience with Jira, Agile tools and writing user stories.
