Product Manager, Marketplace Integrations
Product Managers at Gopuff serve as portfolio managers for broad domains, and you will be expected to take on high-visibility projects that influence priority objectives throughout the company.
As a team member you'll be collaborating with our partnerships and platform teams to identify and drive complex first-of-a-kind integrations and growth initiatives with our most strategic partners. You'll be in charge of end-to-end platform integration, and the long-term success of these integrations, including innovative and experimental strategic product initiatives that span multiple Gopuff product areas to enable our partners.
As gopuff continues to grow and expand, it's paramount that we integrate with (or acquire, in some instances) external partners. The role of Product Manager - Partner Integrations, Marketplace Integrations is to own all aspects of those integrations and acquisitions. Our typical external partner is a Marketplace in the food-delivery space that acts like a digital mall where customers can shop from multiple storefronts. Gopuff has storefronts on these Marketplaces (some storefronts are called 'Gopuff', and some are not). In all cases, Gopuff owns the inventory and fulfills/delivers the order via our network of MFCs and Delivery Partners.
You will become a domain expert and proactively drive innovation in your area of ownership, and as a leader on the Product Management team, you will also push the thinking of your peers and leaders across the company. You'll work horizontally across the company, impacting roadmaps on all teams. Success of this role is measured through impact to the business; in this role, you will directly influence Gopuff's unit economics, customer satisfaction, and frequency drivers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated success working directly with Operations leaders in relevant domains, and have experience working at the intersection of ecommerce, retail, supply chain and/or logistics, and technology. Successful candidates will demonstrate an even blend of technical and commercial Product Management skills, and show strong data analysis fluency.

Responsibilities
- Lead the customer discovery, solutioning, and implementation for areas of ownership
- Partner with directors of Business Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, Analytics and Strategy; serve as catalyst for substantive cross-functional debates on strategic priorities
- Be proactive about customer needs, don't wait for others to make a request
- Influence the business strategy cross-company for areas of ownership
- Drive large cross-company projects that may be outside of day-to-day domain
Requirements
- Direct product management experience in a B2B or B2C company, with progressive increase in responsibilities
- Experience in high growth tech startups
- Breadth of domain experience, ideally inclusive of eCommerce and physical goods fulfillment
- Enough technical acumen to understand why some things are difficult to implement, and why some things are easy.
- You understand how APIs and databases work, and you have a keen ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners within the company.
