As a Product Manager, you will own a portfolio of projects aimed at dramatically increasing the number of people enrolled in our digital therapeutics, ultimately bringing more people back to good mental health. You’ll work with a truly cross-functional team across Engineering, Product Marketing, Design, and Clinical and have a hand in shaping the future of scaling client launches.

What you'll do:

  • Be a key contributor to our team strategy and roadmap, focused Billing & Eligibility
  • Collaborate with key partners to scale billing & eligibility systems including improvement of stability, accuracy and latency
  • Spearhead work with Engineering and ProdOps to build self-serve user experiences and tools that to scale eligibility, billing, and client launches
  • Develop a deep understanding and gather the needs and challenges facing the diverse set of individuals responsible for client launches, eligibility, and billing at Big Health 
  • Define methods to launch new clients, integrations, and pilot programs at scale in order to unlock access and coverage for all enrollment channels 
  • Utilize your technical chops to assess technical tradeoffs, prioritize features, and drive execution

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Technical depth and breadth to support technical tradeoff decisions
  • Experience managing internal stakeholders as customers 
  • Experience managing backend focused and integration projects 
  • Deep empathy for our end-users that translates into a clear, distilled understanding on how our products can best serve user needs.
  • Equipped with the creative zeal and novel problem solving needed to be a pioneer in digital therapeutics
  • Communication chameleon, with the ability to seamlessly move between discussions with Engineering, Clinical, Design, and Commercial stakeholders. 
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and gracefully manage an influx of requests, creating clear goals for the team.
  • Past experience working with external partners and internal systems is a plus 
  • Managing the product backlog for a technical team of at least 3 engineers
