Product Manager
deepwatch is disrupting the Managed Security Services market with our "World Class" customer satisfaction. Our Product Manager builds upon current momentum and matures our offerings, marketing, and processes to continue accelerating our business.
deepwatch's Product Manager works with our Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to mature all aspects of our Managed Security Services. Specifically, they work to formalize and standardize our offerings across all existing and future customers, refine existing marketing collateral, vendor partnerships, and sales processes to create force-multipliers across all aspects of deepwatch Managed Security Services. Additionally, the Product Manager establishes our Customer Advisory Board to solicit feedback from existing customers and translate this feedback into strategic initiatives. Finally, our Product Manager works with the sales team in a pre-sales capacity, serving as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) to acquire new business.
Position Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for the maturation of all deepwatch offerings, including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, implementation, and evangelism.
  • Develop and maintain a formalized deepwatch Product Roadmap that includes firm timelines for dissemination to current and prospective customers as well as internal personnel.
  • Standardize current deepwatch offerings across existing and future customers. Specifically standardizing features, use-cases, onboarding, reporting, dashboards, runbooks, KPIs, and customer communications.
  • Participate in the development of strategic marketing initiatives and run point on executing them.
  • Pre-sales activities including prospective customer meetings, demos, scoping, and proposal development.
  • Participate in the maturation of deepwatch's demo environments, including working with vendors to include their solutions in our demos, as well as developing demo use-cases for specific prospective customer evaluation.
  • Conduct internal and external trainings on deepwatch offerings to educate both prospective customers and Channel Partner sales team.
  • Maintain and mature deepwatch's Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer satisfaction program.
  • Establish and run deepwatch's Customer Advisory Board, soliciting feedback to proactively identify issues and influence the deepwatch Product Roadmap.
  • Embody deepwatch's Core Values at all times.
  • Develop excellent working relationships within our company and with our partners, ensuring that our reputation is upheld at all times.

Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Qualified candidates possess proven experience across product development, marketing, and presales functions
  • Applicants must also possess excellent presentation skills with the ability to persuasively present deepwatch's offerings, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills to work with multiple internal teams
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws


Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • MBA
  • Managed Security Services (cybersecurity operations and incident management) experience


Colorado Candidates:
Minimum salary of one hundred twelve thousand dollars + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when working remotely from the state of Colorado.
