Job Description:
Come join an exciting team within Global Information Security (GIS). Cyber Security Technology (CST) is a globally distributed team responsible for cyber security technology strategy, research and innovation, architecture, engineering, data strategy, application development, application security, product management, and technical project management.
The Product Management team within CST is responsible for optimizing delivery of the bank's cybersecurity capabilities. The Product Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the product lifecycle processes and is the first point of contact for the assigned security domain.
Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a role for an individual that can effectively engage cross functionally
  • Build and manage the roadmap for the assigned domain/product area to achieve the business and client needs, on time and on budget
  • Communicate the vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team and drive user adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, problems and align them on priorities
  • Create, prioritize, and refine features for the program backlog for multiple teams
  • Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business


Required Skills:
-- What:

  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of product management, strategic planning, project/program management
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the bank and overall technology environment
  • Identifies risks/dependencies and quantifies the impact on business/technology and the controls used to resolve
  • Ability to track project/value stream variances in order to ensure work aligns
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple job related duties including day to day tasks and project work in a deadline oriented environment
  • Understanding of technology, product management and development processes
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with Cloud Security technologies, cloud native hosting (AWS, MS Azure, GCP), CNAP, SaaS, and Containers


Enterprise Role Overview:
Responsible for maximizing the value for a product. Defines the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model to ensure there is alignment. Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain. With some guidance, creates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems. Creates and prioritizes work for one team. Learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams. With some guidance, creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog. Refines stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints. Reviews and accepts stories and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements. Works in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business. Individual contributor.

Pay and benefits information
Colorado pay range:
$85,200 - $150,800 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
