Role Overview:
As a Product Manager for Ads, you will own the roadmap for the ad experience across all of EA's mobile titles. You will prioritize initiatives that will drive advertising revenue while also balancing player satisfaction. You'll work collaboratively with studios, product, engineering, and yield optimization teams to deliver a best-in-class experience for millions of our players.
Responsibilities:

• Define advertising product, strategy, and roadmap for developing the best-in-class advertising experiences
• Drive and lead initiatives to grow overall in-app advertising supply by maximizing in-app ad-monetization potential
• Improve existing advertising funnels to increase overall Ad ARPDAU, without negatively impacting in-game KPIs
• Communicate ad strategy, analysis, forecasting, and implementation plan to various cross-functional groups
• Proactively identify underperforming titles or ad-formats and deliver smart recommendations based on learnings or other previously done A/B tests
• Analyze pre/post-in-game metrics as your ad strategies begin to be adopted by game teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience at an ad network, SSP, or a mobile game publisher
• Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator to provide in-game mock-ups and examples
• Familiarity working with in-game economies, as well as studio PMs on rewards and reward frequencies
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
