Product Analyst at Alto (Dallas, TX)

What you'll do:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, product performance, and market trends to extract meaningful insights. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization to enhance our customer experience.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key product metrics, including user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility for stakeholders.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and implement A/B tests and experiments. Analyze results and provide recommendations to optimize features, pricing, and user experiences.
- User Research Support: Assist in user research activities, such as surveys and user interviews, to gather qualitative feedback and validate hypotheses. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics on an ongoing basis. Identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with product managers to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation and recommend strategic product improvements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to provide analytical support and share insights. Effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Governance and Integrity: Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing best practices in data governance. Work with data engineering teams to streamline data collection, storage, and processing.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data analytics processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Either proven experience as an analyst (product, data, finance, growth), or a degree in analytics or statistics
- Practical experience using data manipulation/visualization and programming tools like SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Looker
