About The Role:

As a Product Analyst, you will assist product managers in creating industry changing products. In addition, you will analyze Finicity products and those of competitors, comparing performance and features with current market requirements.

More specifically, you will:

• Create product business and functional requirements for new products.
• Manage projects and initiatives important to product roadmap.
• Assist with the creation of product documentation.Analyze data sets to assist in data quality efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• You are able to work effectively across multiple disciplines, possess an open and collaborative work style and can translate business objectives into functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years business analyst or product related experience.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to complete long-term projects.
• A laser focus on outstanding business outcomes with effective and fast decision making that takes into account the interests of all four key stakeholders – employees, customers, shareholders, and partners.
• Experience working in an Agile process to drive innovation, accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing risk.
• Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in taking a project and running with it, with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Excellent documentation skills, including technical writing skills.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
