The Role
Magnify is seeking a Head of Product/Principal Product Manager to transform the post-sales customer experience. Responsibilities include working cross-functionally with various teams to develop and scale the product, prioritize features, maintain a product roadmap, and represent the voice of the customer. The role offers significant impact and growth opportunities within the company.
Summary Generated by Built In

Magnify is the next-generation automation platform for the post-sales experience-- we grow revenue and reduce churn for software companies without adding headcount. Magnify identifies and orchestrates the next-best-step for software companies' users across all their digital customers, growing the 90% of revenue that comes after the initial sale.

Magnify uses machine learning along with a sophisticated orchestration engine to transform that experience to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for our customers. The opportunity is massive and untapped by current solutions.‍

Magnify's customers are enterprise software companies, usually used by the Chief Customer Officers and their organizations and/or the Growth Marketing teams.

Magnify is a fast-moving startup backed by top-tier investors including Madrona and Decibel, with a veteran leadership team.

The role

We are looking for a stellar Head of Product and/or Principal Product Manager to come join our mission to transform the post-sales customer experience. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, Applied scientists, UX designers and customers to develop and iterate the product in the market and scale as we grow. Magnify will depend on the person in this position to work backwards from customer needs, recommend and make product decisions, translate high-level roadmap items into detailed user stories with product designs, prioritize features, maintain a prioritized product roadmap, measure success metrics for product features and be the voice of the customer in the room.

As an early member of Magnify’s product team, this is an empowering role for an individual to be an integral part of an early product development cycle and instrumental in defining product vision and strategy with significant and long lasting impact. This role provides an opportunity to grow with the company and to have real impact with enormous upside.

This role will report to the CEO.
