As a Manager, Product Management at FLEXE, you will lead a team of product managers, who are responsible for defining the strategic vision, developing a 12 to 18 months roadmap and driving teams to execute on that vision. You and your team will manage a business critical product or a suite of related products. As a people manager, you will attract, hire, coach, and manage the performances and career growth of your team members. You will build teams who are flexible and resilient, thriving in a high growth environment. You will prioritize strategic initiatives, allocate resources, provide guidance, and be ready to roll your sleeves up and jump in as needed.

In this role you will:

• Define the product strategy and vision to meet emerging customer and business needs.
• Drive alignment across the company.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive investment decisions. Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to define go-to-market strategy.
• Develop 12-18 month product roadmaps. Use high judgement to make critical trade-offs, balancing both business requirements and technological trade-offs.
• Manage the development and delivery of critical initiatives from concept through to launch and beyond.
• Have end-to-end accountability for the product. Measure and drive increased adoption of products across our customers base. Measure and improve on key performance indicators.
• Design mechanisms to ensure long-term product or business success. Delivers value to FLEXE’s top line and/or bottom line growth.
• Attract, hire, coach, evaluate, and support the career development of team

• 8+ years of experience in product management, software development or other relevant fields.
• Expertise in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain or other relevant areas.
• Strong track record of defining market and product strategy, developing product requirements, and working with engineering teams to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market
• Strong team management skills with experience in hiring and developing top talent
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create present complex information clearly and concisely
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements and features
• Ability to travel up to 15%
