About the role … 

You’ll build out and lead X By’s Product function to position the company as the most revolutionary ecommerce company in the world. You’ll reimagine what it means to buy and sell products online—mobile-first, conversion-optimized, “product drops”, live-streaming.

As the Product Leader, you’ll drive the product strategy, roadmap, design, and technical execution. Your role will be a key cross-functional leadership position, working closely with teams across the company. 

As an early employee and part of the founding team, you will be a critical part of our company’s product direction and future. You will be building the bones of our company and making decisions that will control the trajectory of the company.

What you’ll be doing ...

• Vision: Set the vision for X By’s next generation ecommerce platform and serve as a key stakeholder in company-wide decision making.
• Build: Develop the product roadmap and manage Engineering and UX capacity to deliver product development on time.
• Know the customer: Prioritize product & digital experience development through deep understanding of customer needs.
• Internal efficiencies: Identify and build new internal processes and products to ensure that the team has the resources and infrastructure to support its operations.
• Technical direction: Understand the technological direction and opportunities to best inform and develop the product roadmap.
• Team: Build, lead and develop a best-in-class team of Product and Engineering experts.

• You’re a product visionary who can’t stop thinking about how to disrupt what exists today in favor or what we need for tomorrow
• You’re incredibly resourceful and can build amazing products with limited resources
• You’re an incredibly detailed planner and are excited to drive projects from start to finish
• You’re constantly looking to understand the success of released products in order to find ways to improve them
• You have 5+ years of product development experience and ideally hands-on engineering experience
• You have experience managing Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers and gain energy helping others grow and develop
