SentinelOne Data (formerly Scalyr) is looking for a passionate Product Management (PM) leader to build out a successful data analytics business. They will inherit a sharp PM, UX and Engineering team that has built the first cloud-native data analytics platform which delivers unparalleled cost and performance. The right candidate will have experience in working with data analytics platforms with large enterprise customers. The candidate should be able to translate a big picture vision into an execution strategy backed with market validation and customer insights. This position will directly report to the General Manager, Data Analytics with high C-level visibility.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience preferred
- 10+ years of product management or related experience in software tech
- Experience leading a team of product managers, UX designers and working in a matrixed team structure.
- Experience building and working with observability or machine learning or data-oriented products.
- Experience working successfully with the full lifecycle of product management and leading end-to-end product development to include: providing product vision and roadmaps, writing exceptional PRDs, and bringing to market high visibility, complex products on time and at high-quality
- Strong leadership skills to work at all levels of the company. Ability to influence without authority, working on and with indirect, technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams.

- Experience in balancing out product priorities against budget and timelines.
- Strategic Mindset to evaluate competing opportunities
- Entrepreneurial drive and an appreciation for/experience with developing high-growth technology products and services.
- Strong design sense backed by a keen understanding and empathy with users needs
