This role is focused on the next stage of growth and innovation - in particular, how we unlock step changes in our user growth through analytical insights and strategic product innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Build predictive models to better forecast user enrollment & uncover growth opportunities
  • Drive opportunity sizing for distribution innovation opportunities
  • Lead strategic enrollment projects (e.g. global outreach expansion)
  • Analyze consumer marketing campaign performance and work across the team to optimize performance
  • Own enrollment budget; drive organizational excellence in acquisition costs
  • Collaborate with data analytics team to determine and source needed inputs for enrollment growth

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity, or business strategy and 2+ years in product marketing OR 4+ years in a quantitative marketing field
  • Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions) to manipulate and visualize data
  • Structured problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Project management experience
  • MBA or Master's degree in product management, strategy, finance, or economics preferred
