Job Description JPMorgan is seeking a highly effective and innovative Digital Product Manager to lead a team that focuses on the Connect digital channel.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Determine product strategy and vision for products covered with eye towards innovative concepts and solutions
  • Manage the team that executes on the digital strategy via roadmap ownership, agile product development and design thinking to build market differentiating capabilities across various time horizons
  • Work with the team to evolve the CB persona experience required through CB stakeholders, data, direct client feedback, usability studies, pilot studies etc.
  • Drive product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, financial forecasting, and data-based decision-making to manage the evolution of the roadmap
  • Refine and iterate the product roadmap based on business objectives, customer research, competitive dynamics, and analytics to drive prioritization of product initiatives
  • Define KPIs and measure success based on these data points that best reflect digital engagement with the product
  • Assess customer and banker needs and "pain points" to build prototypes to validate solution-based approaches
  • Mange the development and maintenance of appropriate controls, client issues, emerging risks, and governance
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the Commercial Bank and across other lines of business
  • Stay abreast of competitiveness in the market and use trends in product ideation and planning
  • Represent CB Digital as it relates to the Commercial Bank experience in various senior forums, thought leadership and market facing sessions
  • Manage a team with meaningful accountability and mentorship


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital products with experience in financial services preferred
  • 10+ years of team management and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of digital products, Wholesale Payments products, and UX design work
  • Healthy balance of intellectual curiosity, common sense, and execution rigor
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level in a collaborative way, within a multi-disciplined team as well as influence and collaborate with stakeholders with diverse points of view
  • Driven by client empathy with customer centric problem solving
  • Critical thinker and consultative problem solver with a strong bias towards action
  • Proven track record of successfully moving complex bodies of work from concept to launch
  • Passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences
  • Positive, team oriented and collaborative nature
  • Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA preferred
