Position Summary
The Digital Integration Product Manager is responsible for the E2E lifecycle of the respective product line including strategy, vision, roadmap, delivery and go-to-market plan. As a product manager you will work closely with 4 product lines - digital integration, data integration, process integration (SAP) and B2B integration. Specifically, you will be responsible for API's and real time events, combined with product responsibilities (project to product transformation), project management to provide a modern outlook from a product perspective. Additionally, you will be responsible for full product life cycle and how to make it successful, combining of all the products used to deliver to maximize KPI's and return and measure the level of maturity of the product. Work closely with IS/IT customers and consumers to support company objectives and initiatives. This is role is an integral part of the Digital integration team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team(s) developing the capabilities, as well as stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups.
  • Provide analysis and continuously manage value for money to ensure product is adopted widely.
  • Develop and communicate strategy, research customer needs, oversee development, and drives product value through measurable KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, project and delivery management, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards that enable integration.
  • Ensure understanding of various software development methodologies including Agile, SAFe and Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of solution integration patterns, cloud-based solutions leveraging APIs and Event Driven Architecture, and enterprise design concepts enabling transaction flow for scenarios such as business to business (B2B), application to application (A2A).
  • Act as a product evangelist and spokesperson who identifies market opportunity and personas, develops and delivers corresponding marketing and communication plans that drive product usage and adoption.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital informational technology, focusing on transaction or data flow across global solution ecosystems incorporating internal IT systems, external partner-based IT systems and cloud
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
  • Strong experience with APIM and EDA platforms


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of Hybrid IS/IT principles and landscapes (SaaS, iSaaS, PaaS, iPaaS, IaaS)
  • Experience working with one of the following: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or AWS
