About the team:
As a member of the Digital Banking product team, you will be a leader in an exciting and dynamic environment at the intersection of technology and banking. You'll work with a team of professionals who are passionate about and take a client-first approach to everything they do.
The Digital Banking product team manages the day-to-day and strategic direction for FIS's Digital One portfolio of products which provide digital experiences and services to small and mid-tier banks across the U.S. The portfolio includes online and mobile banking apps, digital account opening, artificial intelligence-enabled data analytic capabilities and next-generation digital engagement tools including chat, video conference and document collaboration.
What you bring:

  • You have 5-8 years of data product management experience
  • You have 2+ years of managing banking products as a plus
  • You will be both strategic and tactical in ways of identifying and creating features, understanding how they fit into the larger product suite.
  • You will be capable of assessing the needs of the data digital ecosystem, meet the needs of the customers, and understanding technological and compliance related impacts on the products.
  • You can motivate your partners with a vision and executable steps to achieve that vision.
  • You are a self-starter, need little direction and takes own initiatives
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong presentation skills within a group or large audience


What you will be doing
As the Digital One Data & Analytics Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategic direction for the data and analytic products that will support all Digital One products. Specifically, you will lead or be directly involved in:

  • Understanding and driving the product requirements for the data infrastructure needed to support the entire the Digital One ecosystem, including the use of cloud-based solutions such as Snowflake within the FIS environments.
  • Managing the implementation and rollout of a next-generation, artificial intelligence-based user experience on top of the Digital One data solution, including the migration of clients from a legacy experience to the target solution.
  • Developing and implementing a user analytics strategy within all Digital One experience channels, including online and mobile, that provides real-time insights into platform usage, user journeys, friction points and ways to use that data to improve user experience scores.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert across the Digital One team by working with data sets to discover trends and champion new ways of looking at the data.
  • Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your product and regularly measure against targets
  • Owning and continually evolving the strategy for Digital One data products, working closely with peer domain leaders across Retail, Commercial, Platform & Partnerships, and Bank Channels


You will also:

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success for your product and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
  • Ensuring the product team, business partners and clients remain up to date on our data strategy by managing the product's strategic direction and roadmap
  • Work closely with business and technology finance teams to review and monitor financial metrics and align resources to high priority projects.
  • Performing return on investment (ROI) and other financial analysis to support your product's strategic direction and decisions
  • Collaborate with partners to provide business updates, content for market messages, sales collateral, and RFPs (request for proposal).
