The Position

Associate Manager, Product Marketing - G2M Enablement 

 

What We Need

Kareo’s Product Marketing team plays an integral role in launching successful new products and features. The right candidate will help market and engage customers and prospects to acquire new customers and drive product adoption across our existing base.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative product marketer who can work in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that fuel Kareo’s growth. 

The ideal candidate must have experience in creating and driving go-to-market initiatives, understanding customers, and crafting messaging and positioning that translate into powerful sales enablement. This candidate would also be taking a strategic approach to launches to equip our sales team with the right knowledge and tools that win new business.

Your Area of Focus

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate product launches, assist with the go-to-market process, create and validate value propositions based on customer feedback to hit launch goals (build awareness, product adoption, grow sales, etc.)
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product and personas and create messaging & positioning
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop sales enablement collateral and content that communicates the value of our products and differentiates us in the market; including presentations, FAQs, web content, and sales training
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and Campaign Managers on scheduling and planning webinar series and content production that highlights product functionality and release features. 
  • Plan and program key sales training, ‘lunch & learns’, and other G2M enablement events in conjunction with sales and support trainers 
  • Support Product Marketing & Solutions Marketing team on cross-functional projects

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in product or strategic marketing, and/or new product introduction programs 
  • Ability to work in a regional organization where a significant amount of personal interaction is done remotely and through video conferences.
  • You're a natural storyteller with a track record of crafting compelling messaging across different personas
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where launches happen often
  • You have experience being "the glue" between product, design, sales, and marketing – with the ability to influence cross-functional priorities & decisions
  • You have experience being a partner to the sales team/sales enablement and producing exceptional sales collateral
  • You're a self-starter and reliable team player with the ability to deliver quality projects on time
