What about you? You’re a product manager with a few years experience managing multiple products at once, with different audiences, differing goals, and competing priorities. You pay attention to the details without losing sight of the big picture and help your team members to do the same. Managing complex products, variable timelines, competing priorities, and working directly with multiple departments & divisions is your jam. 

You enjoy driving team efficiency through internal products while working with external clients & customers to create products they love & use. You enjoy tackling unique problems and challenges, listening to audiences’ needs & desires, crafting customized solutions, then scoping requirements & sprints. You love bringing a product from concept/idea through to a testable MVP, while working with teams on QA & UAT, before launching a new product to the world while tracking usage rates, rolling out training & reporting on success towards KPIs. 

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...

  • You’ll be an associate product manager within our innovation division, working within the product department, in tandem with our engineering, and research & development teams. 
  • You will manage a variety of internal & external products working together with a project manager & product director, along with divisional stakeholders as necessary, to facilitate collaboration.
  • You work directly with development teams. 
  • You manage and guide products through our product roadmap from idea, to MVP, to full-blown products, helping to lead the strategic vision of our product team. 
  • You manage the product quality assurance (QA) process to ensure requirements for product sprints moving to UAT are running smoothly.
  • You help setup and run the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for internal and external products to ensure we’re collecting feedback from audiences before launching final products.
  • You work between our innovation team, internal stakeholders, other divisions and external stakeholders & customers to ensure the highest product quality. 

The skills you'll bring to the table...

  • You’re a product manager who has worked across multiple different products at once and with net-new products.
  • You’ve worked on products & projects with internal cross-functional teams of 10+ people.
  • You have a baseline understanding of digital marketing, innovation, development & product management.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX
  • You have experience translating business & customer problems into requirements & scoping for sprint-style releases. 
  • You’re able to look past short-term problems to create visionary solutions with products - you want to help us build new things!
  • You know how to collaborate with project managers to use bandwidth forecasting to ID priorities across products, teams, and audiences. 
  • Your strong communication, organization, and time management skills are unmatched, and your team loves you for them!
  • You have experience interfacing directly with POCs of all levels, including direct interfacing with executives and can adapt your communication style and approach accordingly.
  • Experience training a team on how to use products, how to roll out thought leadership, and how to increase utilization and usage rates across customers & internal teams. 
  • Experience launching multiple complex products simultaneously across multiple audiences
  • Experience launching products from infancy/idea all the way through to revenue-driving.
