The Role
As the Product Voice Lead, you will communicate product narratives, run demos, and create content to engage customers and prospects while partnering with Sales and Engineering teams.
Summary Generated by Built In
Be the external voice of our product.

Shape the market narrative, create high-signal stories, and get on stage (and camera) to make Concord’s product impossible to ignore.

AI is changing how products are understood. At Concord, we’re not just adding features—we’re creating an AI-first platform and ecosystem.

Your job: translate product truth into crisp talk tracks, demos, posts, and customer education that win attention and deals. You’ll be paired with a back-end GTM engineering pod that builds the systems and assets; you own the story, the mic, and the market feedback loop.

This role doesn’t exist in most companies yet. In 3–5 years it will be standard for category-defining products. Right now, you get to help define it.

About Concord

We’re an AI‑first company building the Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure that will make traditional contract management obsolete. While others experiment with tools, we’re creating the protocols, connectors, and systems that will become industry standards.

We’ve already gained traction with 1,500+ companies and over 1M users—but we’re just getting started. The next phase will fundamentally change how businesses sell, support, and scale.

If you like moving fast, using the newest models, and solving problems no one has solved yet—you’ll thrive here. If you need detailed playbooks and predictable tasks… probably not.

This role is not for you if…

If you’re looking for:
- A behind-the-screens role with minimal customer exposure
- A job focused on in-product UI copy, Figma flows, or building React/TypeScript components
- Long planning cycles and heavily scripted messaging
- Pure “brand” or corporate comms without hands-on demos or content

…then this role will frustrate you.

This role is for you if…

You thrive on:
- Being out in the world: customer calls, conferences, webinars, and community
- Turning complex AI/automation into simple, memorable language and live demos
- Writing crisp posts, talk tracks, scripts, and one-pagers that Sales/CS can use tomorrow
- Testing messages in market and iterating fast with data and field feedback
- Partnering with Sales, CS, PM, and GTM engineering to make the story land—and convert

About the role

As our AI Product Content Creator on the front-end GTM team, reporting to the head of GTM, you are the external product evangelist. You’ll own how we explain Concord’s product and AI capabilities to prospects, customers, partners, analysts, and press.  You will not build UI systems or code components. Instead, you’ll craft narratives, run demos on stage/online, publish high-signal content, and close the loop with the field so the product story. A dedicated back-end GTM engineering pod will partner with you to build reusable demo environments, sample data, and content pipelines.

What you’ll drive (missions, not chores)

  • Own the external product voice & field guide: positioning, naming, glossary, audience-specific talk tracks, and one-liners the field can deploy immediately.
  • Create high-signal public product stories: launch posts, explainers, narrated demo scripts, short videos, case studies, and website copy that make value obvious.
  • Partner (don’t code) on demo assets: define the story, flows, and requirements for reusable demos and sample data; the back-end GTM engineering team builds and maintains them.
  • Make our AI legible: craft “how it works” narratives (MCP, agents/assistants, orchestration) with clear analogies and live demos; co-present with PM/Eng when useful.
  • Message testing in market: A/B test value props, headlines, CTAs, and talk tracks across pages, webinars, emails, events; track engagement, qualified convos, and post-demo activation.
  • Out-of-product education: run webinars, workshops, office hours, roadshows, conference talks; keep a repeatable deck + demo + one-pager kit any AE/CSM can run.
  • Quality, inclusion, and reach: hold a high bar for plain language and inclusive voice; coordinate localization; keep consistency across site, decks, docs, videos, and social.
  • Tight field/product loop: join evals and QBRs, synthesize objections and proof points, feed insights to PM and GTM engineering; train Sales/CS on the evolving narrative.
  • Actively participate in the respect of all practices and security policies of the company.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in product marketing/evangelism, sales engineering, or developer/community advocacy with a storytelling bent
  • Portfolio of public-facing assets (talks, posts, videos, decks) that drove engagement or pipeline
  • On-stage/on-camera confidence; you enjoy live demos and audience Q&A
  • Sharp writing: you cut jargon, find the right term, and make benefits unmistakable
  • Comfort running light experiments and reading basic funnel/engagement analytics
  • Strong partner mindset with Sales/CS + PM/Eng; you turn field signal into better messaging and assets
  • Bonus: experience with AI-powered SaaS, platforms, or automation products; community building

Why this is different

  • You are the external product voice—high visibility with prospects, customers, and the market
  • You’ll shape a narrative in a fast-moving category (MCP, agents, assistants) before it’s standardized
  • You’ll work with a back-end GTM engineering team that 10× your reach with systems and assets
  • The impact is direct: clearer story → better demos → more activation, adoption, and revenue

Important information

  • Location: Austin, TX. This role is full-time in-office at our Austin HQ (Northwest Hills).
  • Travel: ~20–30% for conferences, customer sessions, and field trainings.

If you’ve been waiting to prove how great storytelling and demos can reshape a market, this is your boarding call.
